9th Nikkan rikishi popularity poll

Recommended Posts

The voting has just opened for the 9th Nikkan ozumo general elections https://www.nikkansports.com/battle/sumo/election/ for the most popular makuuchi rikishi. Cast your votes till June 6th. https://www.nikkansports.com/battle/sumo/election/2020/vote/

You have 3 votes each day, for 10 days plus 3 hours (less than 1 hour left) = max. 33 votes. 10 voters can win a signed paper by the rikishi they vote for, you have to give a mail address if you want to enter that lottery (if you don't, you usually can cheat with private windows and vote as much as you like). You have to give gender (male, female, other) and age group, the reason for the vote is optional.

In the past Kisenosato was a sure winner, now it is open to all, last year Myogiryu won.

This time Nikkan presented this whole of makuuchi in banzuke order as a video

Edit: contrary to their promise, you only are allowed to vote one time, not every day - you are obliged to cheat
