And at his highest career rank after getting a makekoshi in his debut basho..

Hokuouzan (Hagiwara), half Turkish, is Banzuke gai (off the banzuke, but still not retired).  Kyujo for the last 6 bashos.

Kagamiou (yes, he's still active..) Mongolian ex-Maegashira with injuries, has been out more or less since day 5 of July 2020, Juryo yusho, Makushita yusho, Sandanme yusho. Banzuke-gai. Acquired Japanese citizenship March 2023.

I guess Osanai was pushed off the list, but maybe he should come back as the celeb for lengthy bouts, his stamina is quite remarkable. Today he and Mudoho tussled for five minutes, so the shimpan stopped the bout and ordered a ni-ban-go torinaoshi, which was won by Mudoho after only ten seconds or so.
