Rocks 1,799 Posted January 24, 2020 Chalk one up for the Kyokai.
Jakusotsu 5,454 Posted January 24, 2020 I'm a bit surprised that nobody opted for Kagayaki as it wasn't a totally unreasonable choice. Like Rocks said, first strike for The Kyokai. Three players left in contention for the yusho: Sakura (12-2) Ryoshishokunin (11-2-1) Oshirokita (11-3) Tenshinhan (10-4) Joaoiyama (10-4) Gurowake (9-4-1) kuroimori (9-4-1) chishafuwaku (9-5) Hakuhonofan (9-4-1) Jakusotsu (8-6) shimodahito (8-6) Jejima (8-6) WAKATAKE (7-2-5) Profomisakari (7-7) Andreas21 (7-7) orandashoho (6-6-2) Houmanumi (6-6-2) The Kyokai (1-13) DrunkCat (0-1-13) Andonishiki (kosho) Hokutofuji's aites: 1. Goeido, 2. Takakeisho, 3. Kakuryu, 4. Hakuho, 5. Shodai, 6. Abi, 7. Asanoyama, 8. Takayasu, 9. Myogiryu, 10. Daieisho, 11. Tamawashi, 12. Endo, 13. Mitakeumi, 14. Jejima 1,208 Posted January 24, 2020 Actually, I think Jak is correct - unless Tok wins tomorrow, and the torikumi comes out late, with an exciting Tok vs Tak bout.... (Could happen. When Takatoriki won his yusho, the two Hawaiian Yokozuna bout was cancelled for that basho to accommodate the trickster.) But, I will go my own way with.... 15 - Enho
Ryoshishokunin 242 Posted January 24, 2020 57 minutes ago, Jejima said: and the torikumi comes out late I expect that to happen. They've been pretty consistent about it lately, and this situation calls for it more than most. Makes our lives harder. (I'm still thinking about my pick. I tried yesterday to dodge the train, but all the Enho picks came in after mine. Sorry if I was the pied piper to doom.)
Oshirokita 170 Posted January 24, 2020 Day 15 - Tokushoryu I really have no idea what they do with Shodai on Day 15. If Takakeisho loses on Day 14, Shodai & Tokushoryu could find any number of possible opponents. I'll stick with this anyways.
