It seems like even one dominant year of Sumo Game isn't enough to make Maegashira, so I'll have to wait 2 years before I can start a year without a disadvantage. Be happy. When I started gaming my first rank in SG was Ms87e and Jd16e (equivilant to Ms66e) in BS. Ganzohnesushi

The long and difficult path of a rikishi to the glory. I've been fighting for the past year and a half to climb the divisions in SG and I just started BS. It makes sense when the "older" players, some acting for over a decade, have earned that status. I can't describe my thrill when the time comes and I'll get my first points in these games! Given that 1/4 of the eligible players score masters points in these games means you'll score fairly frequently so long as you maintain your status. 9-6 is practically guaranteed some non-zero number of points, though often just crumbs. Indeed, those crumbs were majority of my Masters points in 2019. I was seriously neglecting keiko this year... so we will see in 2020.

Itachi 256 Posted January 9, 2020 1-5 - Pandaazuma 6-10 - ScreechingOwl 11-20 - Gurowake 21-40 - Flohru 41-80 - Achiyama (very tough choice between him and Oshirokita here!) 81-120 - Mmikasazuma (very tempted to ride the Ooratael wave here but chose to go with the established player) 121-200 - Takanorappa 201+ - Itachi (I seem to have dropped right out of the standings! So far so fast? Ruziklao is probably a better pick here but I've got to believe in me!)

Tameiki 15 Posted January 9, 2020 @Tenshinhan Hi (and Happy New Year), I messaged Pandaazuma earlier and he said I should, in fact, address the query below to you: I have a minor problem with my potential results for the Metasumo ranking and maybe you cannot do anything about it, but now that I have reached Maegashira ranks in Bench Sumo, I felt it would be worth asking. So, the issue is that I play most games as "Kyoju", except JWS, DJSOG (when it was on) because they are forum based and...Bench Sumo that I first played 20 years ago as "Tameiki" and where I restarted last year with the same Shikona. And my question is: is there a reasonably easy way for you to combine my two sets of results? Thank you for taking the time to read me. Thank you in advance for anything you can do and good luck in the games! Tameiki/Kyoju

If I understood the issue right, Bench Sumo is the only relevant game that you play as "Tameiki". For your Metasumo team, I can easily add the points from Tameiki and Kyoju together. By the way, I also have the aim to return to Makuuchi in Bench Sumo this year. Good luck in your games too. Tenshinhan
