1st place - Gansekiiwa continues to be a sole Leader with 232 points.

2nd place - Tenshinhan is at 2nd place with 208 points.

3rd place - Flohru is at 3rd place with 199 points.

That's it another basho - 2019 Nagoya - is in the books.

As the Top 3 (Gamers) are not involved in ties I am happy to announce TUG Winners for 2019 Nagoya Basho:

Gansekiiwa managed to keep his Leadership to the very end winning the Yusho (1st) with 260 points.     Congratulations!        

Tenshinhan won another Jun-Yusho (2nd) with 236 points.        Congratulations! 

Jakusotsu made the podium. He is 3rd with 224 points.        Congratulations!

 

The Final Standings Table will be posted tomorrow as a few tiebreaking have to be made.

I inaugurate a new Award after reading Joao’s post regarding Yoohoo’s gambling by chosing Kotoshogiku, who defeated Yokozuna Hakuho.

Rules:

This Award can be achieved by any Gamer, who had finished with KK or MK. He must have made the “ultimate underdog pick after a true gamble”.

TB1:  The biggest gamble pick, resulting in a Kimboshi, wins.

TB2: If there are more than 1 (one) Kimboshi winners the highest score, wins.

TB3: If more than 1 (one) Kimboshi  winners have the same score, the  Gamer, who achieved this  score with Golden Bonus points, wins.

TB4: If there is no Kimboshi winners, the  Gamer with the highest single day score, wins.

TB5: If more than 1  (one) Gamers have the highest score, the  one achieving the score with Golden Bonus points, wins.

TB6: If more than one  cover TB5, the Gamer with the 2^nd highest score wins.

TB7:  If more than one cover TB6, the one who achieved this score with Golden Bonus points, wins, etc. until the ties are broken.

            The 1^st winner of JOAOGYANBURO-SHO after TB3 is:

Yoohoo    with 38 points (Kotoshogiku defeating Hakuho)
