Pref. local Tokitsukaze (Tokitsuumi) was at the city hall for PR (jungyo man Edagawa was with him). At the time of the last jungyo there, he was still a member of the sumo club of the prefectural Isahaya agricultural high school. He declared that his goals for next year are a yusho and the ozeki rank. He said he worked really hard to gain weight this year (he is currently over 150 kg- he's listed at 152 on the official website ). " I ate as much as I could. I think I'm about 10 kilos heavier compared to last year" he explained. "My weight is good as it is, now I have to improve my technique. Churaumi 707 Posted December 10, 2019 I saw on Twitter the NSK cancelled Hakuho’s dohyo-iri at Shurijo in Okinawa. Said the symbolism is wrong.
