Profomisakari 915 Posted May 12, 2019 (edited) Here I posted an incorrect result. The simple error was, to set in bout 18 Tokushoryu as winner, I don't know why. But of course won Enho. So I must delete this result posting. You'll find the - I hope now right - some places later. Profomisakari Edited May 12, 2019 by Profomisakari

Profomisakari 915 Posted May 12, 2019 (edited) Yes, @Rocks, you are right! Enho won, you had him not, but I gave you the point. Profomisakari 915 Posted May 22, 2019 (edited) These three are as ever the leaders group. But Terarno made the jump from place 3 to 1. Profomisakari 915 Posted May 25, 2019 (edited) The Senshuraku Torikumi is now known, very late, but it is. One last bout will take place tomorrow, two bouts will be X. From the 18 given X picks in the whole table only only two players get each one point: Asojima and Flohru, both for the Asanoyama bout. For Flohru is this the lead before the last bout. He leads now with 13 points before Terarno and Tameiki. This is the ranking table: Rk Player Pts TB 1 Flohru 13 177 2 Terarno 12 174 3 Tameiki 12 181 4 Chishafuwaku 11 116 5 Achiyama 11 163 6 Shatsume 11 164 7 Kuroimori 11 172 8 Benihana 10 141 9 Tsubame 10 152 10 Takanorappa 10 155 11 Fujisan 10 157 12 Hakuhonofan 9 134 13 Shimodahito 9 142 14 Sakura 9 147 15 Susanoo 9 152 16 Andonishiki 9 153 17 Tenshinhan 9 156 18 Wakatake 8 109 19 Inhashi 8 112 20 Profomisakari 8 116 21 Tochinofuji 8 118 22 Rocks 8 120 23 Pandaazuma 7 101 24 Chankomafuji 7 110 25 Screeching Owl 7 124 26 Asojima 6 80 27 Raeucherlax 6 93 28 Wamahada 6 96 29 Mmikasazuma 5 90 30 Umizoi 4 77 So only these three can win. Now let’s have a look at the votes of them for the Yokozuna bout. What can we see? 1. Flohru and Tameiki have the same vote “B” è Flohru will in each case have one point more Terarno. 2. Terarno voted “A”. è If the Yokozuna wins, Flohru has 14 points, Tameiki 13 and Terarno 12. If Goeido wins, Flohru and Terarno then both have each 13 points and Terarno 13. But the TB1 of Flohru stays at 177, this of Terarno becomes 182. Too in this case is the winner: F l o h r u We only still don’t know the details of the result. For this let us wait until tomorrow Profomisakari Edited May 26, 2019 by Profomisakari

Achiyama 1,272 Posted May 25, 2019 Hi Profo-zeki, Sorry to bother you. You might have explained (but I missed to read it) how the TB work. So, right now (after Day 14) Flohru has higher TB than Terarno, if Goeido wins both will have 13 points. My question is why Flohru's TB will stay the same, and Terarno's TB will become 183? Best Regards, Achiyama Thanks Achi - zeki for your question! The declaration for the TB1 you can find each basho in Asojima's first post, where he posted the bout list for the basho. He wrote:If two or more entrants have the same number of correct picks, the one having the FEWEST other entrants making each of those correct picks will be the leader. With other words:For each point, he got, will added, how many players besides of him have done too this pick. But only for these bouts, where he got a point. This is a special kind of weighting for the gotten points With once more other words:A winning point earns as much TB1 as other players get that point. But only winning points, not lost In our case :For Goeido picked 9 players. If he wins all these players get 8 TB1 points. Who not voted for him, gets no point (clear!), but too no TB1 point. BTW I made a small mistake. For Goeido's win the TB1 points are not 9, but 8. (I have it just corrected) Terarno' TB1 will become not 183, but 182 So you perhaps can understand, why the players with little points get only small TB1. But once more thanks for your question. I think, that besides of you too other players didn't understand this. Profo Edited May 26, 2019 by Profomisakari
