Well, it's important in life to have things that you stand for.

this is not the point, but i hate the tendency to keep all options open to make sure to profit.........why not stick to an opinion?.....

it is more a general approach to life

from the post about multiple pick for any situation of kyujo before the basho, i read that such entries are ok

I think the rule was used only once for setting picks for multiple days or multiple picks for one day... that kind of thing quickly becomes an awkward if-then-else... I doubt it gives an advantage to the player. I'm just glad that the rule allows me to set an alternate pick when I think that my first pick might go kyujo while I am asleep. When I am absent for a longer period I just forfeit.
I am sorry that you left the game.

That's exactly the wrong direction.
If I am absent for a long time and want to type two days in advance, it would be good if I get with an IF the same conditions, that all players have gotten before the pick for Day 2, because they know, that the rikishi is already selected on Day 1.
But if you just want to sleep, give the point to that player  that sets his alarm and then check if his Rikishi A has announced for the deadline that he will not compete!

There is no "right" or "wrong" here, it's just a matter of preference. My preference is to have an uninterrupted sleep.

Attention Andonishiki (Ms42W & Kototebakari).
Attention Ayagawa (Ms7E & Abi).
Attention Jakusotsu (Ms13E & Terao).
Attention Sakura (J8E & Tsurugisho).
Attention Tenshinhan (Ms7E & Chiyonoumi).

Reminder.  If you are happy with your picks, there's no need to act; but if you would like to update your picks, the TORCH 2019 window is open for for at least another 18 hours to submit changes.   New players (Umizoi) may also join.

As for this game: Day 3 ~ Myogiryu

Thanks!
