My picks:

1-5: Pandaazuma (I need to motivate myself to score well)

6-10: ScreechingOwl (He really is due a good year. A fine and consistent gamer)

11-20: Andonishiki (Has real talent...I am expecting big things)

21-40: Haidouzo (The 'machine' wasn't firing on all cylinders this year...but that won't last forever)

41-80: Chankoyama (She's a natural. If she played more games, she'd be top twenty at least)

81-120: McBugger (I think this is also Atenzan, but I am not sure which shikona he uses) @Atenzan What name do you use in the games these days?

121-200: Sagi (I will try to get Stefan to play more games this year)

201+: Hana-Ichi (She seems to be in quite a few games so I'll have a punt)

Yes, I am both McBugger and Atenzan. I use McBugger on all the Superbanzuke games and Atenzan in this forum.

In 2018 I only made sympathy picks and was almost at the end of the ranking. Therefore I will pick the opposite this time, with only one (or Maybe two) exception(s)

1-5 : Pandaazuma

6-10 : Gurowake

11-20 : Andonishiki

21-40 : Asashosakari

41-80 : Fujisan

81-120 : Kobashi

121-200 : Seki Haruaki

201+ : Fukurou

Does that mean you don't like 7 of your 8 picked players? If so, I'm glad you didn't pick me... (Laughing...)

sorry, it wasn't meant like this and I had to correct my statement.
I just wanted to say that this time I picked by performance instead of sympathy (when I only picked players that I know)
and it was a hard decision between you and Asashosakari

1-5: Pandaazuma (the once, present, and future dai yokozuna)

6-10: Gurowake (Still finished in the top 10 despite having an off year)

11-20: Andonishiki (Unlikely to have two digits next to his finishing place in '19)

21-40: Achiyama (The second American on my list seems to have an Angel watching over him)

41-80: Jakusotsu (One of the legion of talented German players)

81-120: McBugger (He comes from a land down under, but his sumo gaming skills are anything but)

121-200: KikoCookie (My third - and favorite - American! Now get back to your university studies....)

201+: Hana-Ichi (I always enjoy her comments in Bench)

It's only their economy that dropped below the equator, not Greece itself. B-)

What?!

People are picking me again?!

Gluttons for punishment...

Meanwhile, I'm not familiar with all of the gamers, so there is at least some nepotism involved in my picks.

1-5 Pandaazuma

6-10 ScreechingOwl

11-20 Andonishiki

21-40 Asashosakari

41-80 Jakusotsu

81-120 McBugger

Oh, what slander! I think you'll find that I just made a balloon animal for my little cousin and the GDP went up 10% as a result.

1-5             Pandaazuma (This Panda is insatiable)
6-10          Gurowake (I assume he has improved his algorithms)
11-20        Choshu-yuki (I'm expecting 3-4 Odd Sumo Yusho from her)
21-40        Ganzohnesushi (Only 21st in 2018? Disappointing. Top 10 is a must in 2019)
41-80        Gonzaburow (My dark horse)
81-120      Kobashi (Fresh blood from Germany)
121-200    Gawasukotto (Lisbon '67 - this should be his bench mark)
201+          Yassier (Expecting much more than his 2018 Kreisliga performance)
