Turn The Tide - Banzuke Kyushu 2018

Recommended Posts

For banzuke making purposes this time one win had to be added in Makuuchi and three wins in Juryo and below. Beware: the demotees from Makuuchi took a very deep dive along with Kuroimori because all lifelines have been spent.

Tenshinhan couldn't be caught on tie-breakers so he simply needed a win on Senshuraku for the yusho - but he lost! Alas, he didn't lose as badly as his two pursuers who didn't even get one pick right, so the yusho goes to Tenshinhan - omedeto!

Yusho:
M6e Tenshinhan (9-6)  (Yushowinner...)
(incidentally, that's the second M6e yusho in a row! (Blinking...) )

Kanto-sho:
J6w Kintamayama (7)

Gino-sho:
M11w Taka (11-11)

Shukun-sho:
M17e Reijinguoshan (3.762)

Thank you for playing, see ya next year!
