Itachi 330 Posted July 5, 2018 This is the thread for the Pick The Yusho Winners (PTYW) game for Nagoya 2018.Until further notice, the game will run just as it has the last several times. I will compile the results and post them as best as I can on this thread.This is a pre-basho game where each player selects a rikishi from each of 8 sections of the banzuke. The player earns points for each win, each kachikoshi, and each yusho earned by their team of 8 rikishi. The sections of the banzuke are these:Sanyaku (Y through K)MaegashiraJuryoUpper Makushita (Ms1-15 ) (not including any tsukedashi of any rank)Lower Makushita (Ms16-60 plus tsukedashi if any - including Ms 10 or 15)Sandanme (plus tsukedashi if any)JonidanJonokuchiThat's it! Simple to understand, difficult to master. Itachi 330 Posted July 28, 2018 Still no support from sumoforum admin unfortunately so I cannot post any tables of results. The winner of the game for this tournament was Tenshinshan! Tenshinhan won with a score of 68. His rikishi has 57 wins and 12 losses. 7 of them were kachikoshi and 2 of them were yusho winners. Torafujii and the drone Genzai share the jun-yusho with 67 points. They had 56-13 win loss records from their team and the same 7 kk and 2 yusho winners. I hope I can get some help to enable me to post tables of results again for next basho. It was very convenient to be able to cut and paste from my excel sheet directly but my attachments limit was exceeded and I cannot clear it.
