I feel like JSA is bitter about their Japanese golden boy Kisenosato being exposed as a paper yokozuna so they're taking it out on Hakuhou for celebrating his record breaking victory. It's easy to say that it's considered unseemly to start a banzai chant yourself but the crowd would beg to disagree.
