There's no information on who is in the pictures - maybe the Yok is Wakanohana?

I think It's Yoshibayama

I was thinking either Yoshibayama or Kagamisato...  Hard to tell.

 

Edit:  After looking closer, you can make out the "Yama" kanji on on the kesho mawashi, so you're probably correct.
