Gurowake 3,435 Posted October 25, 2017 (edited) I don't think those images of the Yokozuna are to scale. At least, Kakuryu just doesn't seem to be at the same scale as Kisenosato - the former seems a bit magnified. Maybe I'm just imagining it though. rhyen 1,553 Posted October 26, 2017 Probably the positioning, we tend to cognitively process the more distant figures as being smaller? besides, Kisenosato will always get front billing even if he hasn’t won more Yusho than any of the 3 Mongolian Yokozuna. Akinomaki 34,304 Posted November 30, 2017 I have some 1000 articles to catch up with, so I just do the few pics that stick out PR on the 28th for the Hachioji jungyo basho (another one in the Tokyo area) on Apr. 21st. I can think of a neat "alternate universe" collection of posters for events that never can happen as depicted because the rikishi on the poster has retired.
