Or just a pronouncement regarding Tamwashi's record specifically? Also is that all COVID stoppages ever, or just since the ruling when Tamawashi went kyujo? The only relevant COVID cancellations (for wrestlers in Makuuchi last basho) are Jan 2021 (for Chiyoshoma) and July 2022 (lots). Takanosho was also kyujo in July 2022, but with a shoulder injury not COVID. I'll double-check these adjustments and rerun the figures.
