Akinomaki 40,701 Posted February 15, 2017 (edited) In the papers banzuke with family data are quite frequent - either wife and kids or brothers and sisters - but no longer in those on the net: I haven't found one so far after the Nikkan banzuke dropped them in April 2015, i.e. my data are from Haru 2015 - Takarafuji there is with 1 younger brother and 1 younger sister - which means unmarried - what he's done in secret since then should turn up in the marriage thread later. I don't want to put the family news in the marriage thread - so this one. Shortly after the danpatsu-shiki on the 28th, ex-Tamaasuka's 3rd child and again a son was born on the 11th and presented to the public yesterday - a boy of 3310g. The eldest son is 6, the 2nd 2. Araiso-oyakata would like to have at least one of his sons to become rikishi - with the shikona Tamaasuka. Akinomaki 40,701 Posted January 11, 2018 Juryo Yamaguchi, uchi-deshi of Hakuho, has named his new-born (on the 5th) first son Shiroku 白禄 - the shiro(white) is the Haku- in Hakuho - a present to him in the white season. On the day he rushed to the hospital after keiko and was just in time, 2 minutes before his wife gave birth to their first child, a boy of 3050g. Takayasu gave the same comment as for the first child: "If it's a boy have him do sumo, if a girl, I guess she'll like enka, so we'll have her listen to it intensely in special education." As Nittaidai 4th year he was 3rd at the All Japan last year: he could have joined as sd90TD till this basho (likely not upgraded to ms60TD) - he started with sumo as 4th year, went to Meitoku gijuku high and then Nittaidai.
