Turn the Tide-everyone is drowning..

Recommended Posts

After Day 7:

Only one player (of 71) has more wins than losses.

Only 6 players have three wins or more.

14 players without a win!! Day 7!! Incredible.

Kintamayama-

i look at your avatar I see a man who worries too much...

I look at my arm turning all the colours of the rainbow(mostly blacks, purples, blues and yellows) and do I worry?

YOU BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR I DO.......Have you seen my face?

Can it beat Seki-Quad? I once had to treat 5-10 as a kachikoshi there...

Was that when there were less than 60 sekitori competing?  That certainly puts a damper on win rates.

It was, though it turns out that basho has competition in the lowest-ever scoring sweepstakes:

Natsu 2006: 687-1382-166 (30.7% wins overall, 33.2% in days played)

Natsu 2011: 277-503-135 (30.3% wins overall, 35.5% in days played)

The 2006 scores only got a +2 adjustment though.

Haha when I finally did get a win it was by mistake!

It's funny though because out of senseless desperation I had actually been teasing just going totally opposite of whatever intended picks to see if that would work, so maybe just maybe my subconsciousness somehow did come though for the win accidentally going Daishomaru instead of Kaisei...
