Gaijingai 1,662 Posted February 19, 2016 I posted an article about his health on the sumo listserve a couple weeks ago. He and his oyakata fully expect him to be back on the dohyo come March. The next Banzuke will tell us. I'm not sure which to root for: low-maegashira or top Juryo? He could do pretty well at the bottom of Makuuchi, but also he could try and win a well-deserved Juryo yusho. Gurowake 4,154 Posted May 10, 2016 My prediction model had him making sanyaku around 30% of the time as of the beginning of the tournament.
