When I first saw his picture and then watched videos of him (as oyakata) he reminded me of the comic actor Hiromasa Taguchi (the fat dance student in Shall We Dance). We have had great weather coinciding exactly with the jungyo's arrival. The days previous had been very grey and blustery, but they brought the sunshine.
