Origin of a ticket

Hello!

I am an anonymous lurker and have been one for a while.

However, now I feel the need to make a post. I have found a type of ticket or a token with a stylized picture of a sumo wrestler on it, together with some kanji characters. I was wondering, if anyone can give some insight, as to where the token is from, or what purpose

did it serve. Even the translation of the characters would be of help. It is no situation of life and death of course, just idle curiosity.

Looks like same ancient janken battle card game - famous ozeki Raiden (some say the strongest rikishi ever) is the character with rock for 700 points, there may be other than sumo characters in the whole set.
