According to Jiji, Myogiryu is kyujo for Day 4. Kotoshogiku will get a welcome second win.

Myogiryu hurt his side on day 1 against Aoiyama and aggravated it on the 3rd against Takakaze, kyujo with a right retro-peritoneum haematoma. Sakaigawa-oyakata: “(A return is) problematic. The internal bleeding seems to be severe.”

From that bastion of 100% correct information, Wikipedia: Retroperitoneal space and Retroperitoneal hemorrhage (retroperitoneal hematoma). Some of the causes listed sound particularly nasty.
