Akinomaki 34,359 Posted June 19, 2018 (edited) Kakuryu as the head of the rikishi-kai was at the opening of a doyho in Aizu Wakamatsu. The rikishi-kai had donated 12 million yen to aid the construction (for a total of 25 million yen) of a sumo ground in the 3/11 disaster stricken Fukushima area, the 3rd dohyo of this kind, after one in Iwate and one in Miyagi. Kimura Ginjiro did the sacred part of the ceremony.
