Natsu basho on Eurosport

Recommended Posts

According to fernsehn.ch rendering of Eurosport program, European Eurosport (to differ it from British Eurosport, which unfortunately barely shows sumo at all) will show natsu basho as follows:

29. 6. 18:45 - Days 1-3

1. 7. 18:00 - Days 4-6

1. 7. 19:00 - Days 7-9

and then the next shows are already reruns of these 9 days, on July 5, 8 and 9 around midnight... Where are days 10-15? (Applauding...)

I can offer other days:

Monday 14/6, 19.00 - 20.00

Wednesday 16/6, 18.45 - 19.45

Thursday 17/6 - 19.00 - 20.00 and 20.15 - 21.15

and

Friday 18/6 19.00 - 20.00

This makes more sense to me, because it has all 15 days and it is before Wimbledon which will be on Eurosport almost 24 hours each day.

Then again.... who knows? (Applauding...)

Sorry, Cavewoman, but these are the re-runs of Haru Basho You're referring to.

They definitely OD (overdose) on Wimbledon IMHO. I like tennis, and Wimbledon specifically, but come on, they show so much of it... OTOH, I am one of those people who can watch and enjoy an entire Tour de France stage, so I understand if other people can watch several tennis matches in a row.
