Yubinhaad 9,188 Posted July 19, 2013 The Kyokai announced today that former Maegashira Ryuo has handed in his retirement papers. He spent four basho in Makuuchi and recorded ten wins on his debut there (ironically, not something he ever managed in Juryo).
