Somebody seems to complain about their Norizo Cup entry being dropped once every basho.  Given the administrator's lack of English, I don't think we'll ever find out why it keeps happening.

The results page hasn't been re-set to Hatsu yet...it's still linking to Kyushu. This basho's results for day one are here...and you can navigate to day 2 from there.

What about the Makushita game. Last basho the Standings have not been updated the whole basho. Is it gonna be the case this basho as well.

I understand that it is not an SB game, but I am still curious to see the daily development of the game.

Not sure what's wrong there, but the Chaingang ranking appears to show different scores between the summary view and the detailed view for many (but not all) players:

Sorry and mea maxima culpa. The last couple of days have been much busier than anticipated. I have just created the banzuke (which is needed to initialize the standings) and sent it to Doitsuyama, Hopefully, he will have the time to upload it soon. Again, sorry!

I really think it would be good to find some volunteers to take this kind of work away from Rando and Doitsuyama, who are obviously very busy and not playing the games themselves anymore. I think there would be no shortage of people willing to help...and I certainly would be happy to do whatever lies within my limited abilities. And then these two long-suffering lads wouldn't have to put up with as much badgering from the gamers about turning the games standings on and updating banzukes. After all, there is not much point running a game and then not turning on the standings or updating the important data at all...it defeats the whole purpose. So...if there are any volunteers out there...put your names forth.

First off, even though I don't play the game, I don't think anyone can blame you of all people for slacking off. Especially when you've retired from the games! 

Anyway, if you're taking volunteers like Pandaazuma suggests I put my name forward for banzuke-making in any games. My usual busy months are all odd-numbered so I have plenty of time in the off-season. Except if you deem me underqualified, which you shouldn't hesitate to say.

Thanks for the generous offer. However, as much as I appreciate Pandaazuma's call for action, I'd like to decide for myself what game endeavors to continue. I already delegated Banzuke Surfing, the Juryo Game banzuke, and recently Metasumo. Maybe the MCP Standings will follow, as there are other players who already emulated the scoring machinery anyway. The Makushita Game banzuke only takes a few minutes, so that's not a big deal. And as for the Superbanzuke: I just love it too much to hand it over anytime soon; and it is my last lifeline in my ongoing considerations to return to the gaming scene one day.

It's great to hear Randomitsuki will be continuing all of his efforts with these games.  However, my particular group of friends is most concerned about the Hoshitori, which we have all played together for well over a decade.  We are now spread all over the globe, and participating in this game has been a wonderful way for us to stay in touch every two months and enjoy sumo together. 

I greatly appreciate Doitsuyama's many years of hard work in keeping the game running, but not getting the results until Day 7 or even later really takes the fun out of participating.  If it is true that our longtime leader is no longer playing the games himself, then maybe it is time to pass the baton to another more invested volunteer.  I personally lack the computer expertise, but I know I speak for all of my friends when I say we would be very appreciative if anyone were to take on the task of keeping the Hoshitori alive.  Unfortunately, if things continue as they are, we will likely have to let our tradition die and look for other ways to enjoy the basho.

There is something a little strange in the day 15 torikumi at Sumo reference, which I think might have something to do with the day 14 bout between Chiyoshoma and Asanoyama, as it their records which look a little odd at present.
