On the overall results page (Hoshitori Results for Natsu 2024, Day 15 (sumogames.de)), sansho bonuses are not added. For instance, on the overall page you lead with 1032 points. But when I add the total points on your individual page (Hoshitori Results for Bunbukuchagama in Natsu 2024 (sumogames.de)), I arrive at 1095 points.

I see. It is easy to do manually, give me a couple of minutes. Very few changes are expected since the top performers all have bonuses in 59-69 point range.

Anyone able to assist this guy, please? I don't recall who all has sufficient access to the user accounts to handle password issues (just Doitsuyama?). I've done as much trouble shooting as I can from here.

Is the stored email adress @yahoo.com.sg correct?

If yes, the issue might be connected to the know problems of the site sending out (confirmation) emails. Try repeatedly is the only "solution" I have.

I am the user with the problem (thanks Asashosakari for posting my issue)

The email address is correct. I used it to register for this forum without issue and have had no problems since I signed up for SumoGames Membership in Mar. I got confirmation emails for my daily games like Chaingang, ISP, Rotosumo, Turn the Tide etc. 

I have been trying logging in several times a day with the same error message >> Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again.

If you try to log in with a wrong password, does the same message appear?

Yes. I get the same error message if I try to log in with a wrong password. 

I had tried to contact SumoGames admin at doitsuyama@ozumo.de  but got the following message from my email server: 

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

No mx record found for domain=ozumo.de

What error message do you receive at https://members.sumogames.de/ForgotPassword.aspx? Or does the password reset request work and you're just not getting the email with that new password?

(I just tried and it worked fine, but I imagine not getting the mail would spell trouble since the old password is immediately made invalid and then you don't have the new one. Anyway, the system really ought to confirm via the email that the password change request was actually legit in the first place, not just reset it immediately... Also, why can the security question not be changed?)

@Golynohana When time permits, please mark Chiyoshoma and Takerufuji as kyujo in Quad Oracle and remove Kintamayama's empty entry.

Is it just me or the daily confirmation e-mails have stopped working at all? I'm talking  especially about Toto, ISP, TTT,  Bench and Chain Gang (though this last one is more of a shonichi exclusive game)

In past bashos, as so many people reported some times it required 5-6 tries to get some of them, but they always came in the end if you tried hard enough. This basho, from day 3, none are coming, except for the Golynohana site ones (those work fine). It's nothing game breaking or anything but it's kind of annoying, especially for the pre-basho games (some times in the last bashos in hoshitori I had to repeat my entry like 5 times to get the confirmation e-mail, and I needed it to see if it was actually getting through).

As a side note, I remember that in the good old days (I'm talking about 2010 or so), if you entered the page for your daily results in toto, you could see the pick distribution for each bout individually. You kinda got proud of successfully picking Tochinonada to win with a 7-87 W-L distribution (and 5 X's because some players are just chickens). Was this feature knowingly removed or did it get lost in some specific update? (I've tried looking it up, but I don't find any post related to that).
