New game: Turn The Tide (test run)

Recommended Posts

An idea for yusho tie-breaker points:

Successful picks with the opponent in the opposite camp, i.e. picking a trailer to win where the opponent is a leader, or picking a leader to lose where the opponent is a trailer.

Day 3

By my reckoning, day 3 should always give us the fewest options for picks. (Day 1 and all even days of a basho, every rikishi will be available to be picked*. On the odd days (apart from day 1), some rikishi will be unavailable due to having an even record. But there should be fewer of these, as the basho progresses, I think...)

My picks...

W - Kisenosato

L - Aminishiki

I like this game (Applauding...)

*Except for a new Juryo rikishi on day 1, who ended up 4-4 (can happen in special circumstances) in his previous basho in Makushita

Indeed.

Day 3: 52%

Day 5: 68%

Day 7: 76%

Day 9: 78%

Day 11: 80%

Day 13: 81%

Day 15: 83%

(Same data sample as before.)
