Well we say leg hair with no hyphen and it means exactly what you say.

But with a hyphen you can make up just about any "word"* you want to...

*it's actually still two words

We now know he will appear on Day 2. After that, it will be once in each two day cycle depending on his win-loss record.

At Ms6w he's unfortunately right on the bubble so it's hard to make any predictions, unlike e.g. Ms5w and above who commonly go on all odd-numbered days with few exceptions. Basically, if Takanoyama faces an opponent from Ms1 to Ms5 he'll (probably) be on the odd-numbered day, otherwise the even one.
