Harry 67 Posted June 23, 2009 On evenings when I was still conscious I was posting updates from ilovetochinoshin here for a basho or two but I didn't get any responses so I wasn't sure how well they were received. As usual I'm not one for good formatting which may well have been the issue and some nights I was too tired to translate the shikona, sorry... though you can just plug them into the sumodb in Japanese and it will find you the answers. _the_mind_ 0 Posted June 23, 2009 (edited) I can understand Twitter for lower division results perhaps, but aren't the NSK site's results pages for sekitori fast enough? i think the whole point is for those nice enough to provide information to give more then just text of who won and who lost. but to actually describe what happened and if someone is looking genki before the match and such, or whatever. but just tweeting results(and nothing more) IS itself useless because of the NSK site does that....but someone previously asked about video clips and i would guess that is much more desireable(and more the idea in mind) to those of us who cant watch. Kotoviki 16 Posted June 25, 2009 I signed up for twitter but I don't have time for that & facebook & work... not to mention sumo! As Harry mentioned I email him the results from my cellphone all day during breaks or after each division. He has given me a list of who he likes & I also send him the guys my friends & I like or other popular names I read here. I am willing to add you to the list of the people I email if you just ask! I can start including the English with the Japanese as well. I know Harry can read all the kanji so I haven't put the English in for awhile. Thanks Fujisan, I didn't even notice they were links and damn I had my cataracts removed last summer too! What's your Twitter user name? I'll link to you and see if that helps.. Like Kintamayama, I was original, my Twitter name is Chisaiyama. I followed those links Fuji told me about and I now have you both in my follow group. Aside to Kintamayama: You and Kofuji should get the members of your Ichimon all signed up it would be great for whipping them all into shape for the next basho!
