Sekitori-Oracle, Sekitori-Quadrumvirate and Odd Sumo invitation

Hi everyone!

I want to invite you to play Sekitori Oracle, Sekitori Quadrumvirate and Odd Sumo in Kyushu Basho 2008.

Yes, Odd Sumo is back after 4,5 years!

I wasn't able to implement the whole functionality of the original odd sumo game yet,

but I will try to do it little by little in the next months.

Currently you will be able to register for the basho and to enter your picks using entry form

and also to see daily, overall, detailed results as well as sansho and win-loss standings.

Please remember, that you will have to add your odd sumo shikona in edit profile page in order to get access to odd sumo entry form.

All games are now ready to receive your picks.

Don't forget that for each game you play you have to register for the upcoming basho

(or ask for kosho if you will be absent)

Shortly about rules:

For Sekitori-Oracle simply predict what all Sekitori's records will be at the upcoming basho.

The closer you predict the more points you get.

Please make sure you entered guess for every rikishi in makuuchi and juryo (excluding kyujo rikishi).

For Sekitori Quadrumvirate each day you submit your selection of 4 sekitori.

If at least 3 of your daily 4 rikishi win, you will receive a win for that day.

Once you have selected a sekitori in your daily 4, you may not use that rikishi again for the entire basho.

For Odd Sumo - at the beginning every player will be granted 30 poinnts (ANTE) - something like virtual money.

You can bet these points on any day of the basho on 3-6 rikishi. You must spend no less than 15 ante points during the whole basho to be classified.

Player will receive points if all of the rikishi from his bet win on that day.

Because many people have problems with registering for Odd Sumo

I want to stress (once again)

that

you will have to add your odd sumo shikona in edit profile page in order to get access to odd sumo

You cannot play without shikona. This applies also to the other two games.

And on my site username is not used as shikona (but both things can be the the same)

I even suspect that half of players don't know that "edit profile" page exist.

Link to this page is situated in upper right corner, just below your user name.

Not that you can't live without it, but in this case (adding a new game to my site) it is helpful.
