Well 12-3 followed by 1-14 (without dropping out injured) is certainly unique, but I doubt this is what you mean.

Darn, that was too easy. (Clapping wildly...) Well done! Doesn't even require the "as maegashira" limitation...nobody else has done it in makuuchi, period.

Four guys almost did, but missed the big one (13-2):

Kotetsuyama (no, not Itai, another one)

Kyokushuzan

Maedagawa

Tochihikari

Honourable mention to Kirishima who missed 2-13, but otherwise got everything from 1-14 to 14-1 (!) in his career. Of the active rikishi other than Hokutoriki, Tamakasuga is closest, with everything from 1-14 to 11-4.
