Rijicho 6 Posted August 18, 2003 I was informed about problems in getting oneself registered as a new member. The security code image didn't appear to the registration page and there was no way to submit one's registration. I believe this is a server configuration issue and have consulted the web hotel provider. Meanwhile a simpler non-graphical method of creating the security code is now in use and registration should be without problems again. (The security code is needed to prevent bots (potentially harmful computer programs) from registering themselves as members and possibly abusing the forum for their own purposes, be it spamming or whatever. The more technically inclined undoubtedly can elaborate on an appropriate subforum if needed. :-( ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
