  1. Note: The script calculates times based on your system time. Make sure your local time and time zone are set up properly. Note: , , and are links to the game rules, latest banzuke, entry form and standings, respectively. If an icon is missing, the information can be accessed via the game link. Note: For Japanese and "Other" games, (D) and (P) indicate daily and pre-basho games, respectively. SuperBanzuke member games are marked with an asterisk (*). Note: Guess the Kisenosato's Aite has irregular deadlines, which the script fails to represent correctly. Please make sure to read the rules of the game before playing. Good luck!
  2. @Asashosakari - I did update the forum software before I made the above post. As with previous updates, a cached javascript file might have caused discrepancies in the editor. Another thing that complicates figuring out what exactly is going on here is the way submitting a new post works. At least in previous versions when you hit submit, what would happen is that the post would be sent to the forum back-end to be saved into the database, but instead of reloading the page the contents of the editor window were appended to the page. The back-end performs a series of operations on the post (bad word filters and the like), which of course might lead to a situation where the post you are looking at is not the post saved in the database, unless you manually refresh the page. I'm not seeing any trace of style information in these examples, though.
  3. Our service provider performed some server maintenance earlier this week, which -- as one might expect -- resulted in some downtime. Something unexpected happened during the process, which caused the downtime to be longer than usual and also resulted in some access issues later on. I think we've now resolved said issues and the forum is running as usual. The unfortunate thing is that all this happened during a basho. A case of circumstances beyond our control; still, apologies for the inconvenience.

  7. Forum software has been updated to the latest version, which includes -- among other things -- fixes to embedding content.
  8. The content editor comes in three different sizes, normal, medium, and small (responsive design, you see). The signature editing screen uses the medium editor, which can't fit any more buttons than it currently has. Thank you. Unfortunately, the update did take its toll on me. Reported issue. Correct, only moderators are able to close threads. This is "working as intended", as far as IPS is concerned. Are you sure you aren't exceeding your storage capacity? Our storage space and bandwidth are limited, so unfortunately we can only offer a very minimal image storage for our members. For regular image uploads, please use an image hosting service (e.g. Imgur). The next minor version update includes a new version of CKEditor. I can't promise anything, but let's hope it fixes at least some issues with the editor. Hm, so it seems. I've fixed that. You are probably seeing a cached copy of your own image. Note that the stop sign is not caused by the forum software but Google+.
  9. Officially, there is the WYSIWYG editor and "there's no longer any need to use old-fashioned approaches like BBCode".
  10. Here we go again. Hm, it could be an option for active users... It's not a bug, per se, it's "working as intended". There's no Cancel button, but try right click, Select All (or CTRL-A) and hit delete. You've probably found the option to change text color already. You can copy-paste styled text into the editor, e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. Luckily, we have a database backup from before the conversion. I'll have to run a full database analysis to see what's missing. You should now be able to disable most notifications. I fixed that for you. The old behaviour is long gone. The old posts might be beyond repair, though. I do have a list, I'm not sure if it's that one, though. The link bar and clock should be back for all users. On modern systems, enter starts a new paragraph, shift+enter will produce a line break. Oh, and the forum has been updated to the latest version (4.1.14.3).
  11. They were, thanks for letting me know.

  13. Post counts were recalculated during the upgrade process. There were some issues with inflated post counts before, they should now be up to date.
  14. Another batch of quick replies. Just like the good old days. :-) A high-contrast theme might be an option, but that'll have to wait until we get some other things sorted out first. Hm... One might use the report button on the first post of the topic? Spoiler button now available in the editor. It's staff only (should be administrator only, methinks). It still is, yes. You're w-w-welcome. ;-) It could be a session timeout thing. Profile -> See my activity -> Status Updates. Fixed. There is no option to disable it, but I'll see if there's anything I can do about it. Indeed, it follows the current best practices in website design to a T. ;-) This sounds like a serious issue. Could you be a bit more specific?
  15. I'll just quickly reply to a few things. Hm, this looks like a bug. Should be visible to all logged-in users now. Code is for displaying source code and other markup, not for rich text. BBCode as such is history, as we speculated a while ago. Topic locking and unlocking is moderator-only from now on, it seems. You should now be able to turn off these emails. Indeed, the friend list feature is gone, and all friends lists have been reset. Our forum doesn't use tags, but there is no option to remove searching for tags. Go figure. If I can find a setting to limit this, I will. It's a moderator-only menu, if you don't see it, you're probably not a moderator. ;-) You're welcome. :-)
