    There was actually a completely bald sumo wrestler. He went by the name Taikomaru and trained in the Azumazeki heya from 2004 until 2012. His highest rank was only sandanme 78. He suffers from Alopecia which does not let him grow hair, keeping him completely bald. In his danpatsu-shiki he only received a couple handshakes from his peers and was out of the sumo world
