Ura is special int he best way you can use this word, and probably has potential to evolve, but... certainly not comparable to Hakuho (yet). If I take the basketball example, any no one dares comparing a NBA rookie to Michael Jordan (I hereby compare Hakuho to Michael Jordan). The comparison to Chiyonofuji is making a bit more sense, yet it is too early, way too early. We have all seen shining starts that are like comets who show a lovely display and eventually disappear. The next year or two will show if Ura can adapt, and improve, both on technical and mental side (don't disrespect the immense pressure any such athlete experience). Having said all of that, he is one of my favourites, and is a super-duper joy to follow. I hope he will be as successful as you suggest, but I will be excited seeing him as an Ozeki.
