The basho wouldn't have been the same without S4 :-D As usual, I had picked four random rikishi more than a week ago (rikishi I don't like very much, so I'm not disappointed to burn them), before the torikumi was released, just in case I would forget to post my real picks on day 1. Then the technical problem occured, and I didn't change them, thinking the game would be cancelled. The result is a perfect 4/4 and I'm leading the kanto-sho contest..... ;-)

I thought for a second that the webmaster had decided that from now on, every basho, day 6 would be "only Makuuchi", and day 12 "only Juyro". It could be fun to force people to pick for two random days in a single division, to see what happens, but I guess this game is already difficult enough.

Dear Sumo Gamers, Just for fun, we will now keep track of some numbers about the gyoji's duty in the Trio game. Then you will know who is a "mean" gyoji (Applauding...) or a "nice" gyoji ;-) , depending on how many shiroboshi he allows when he officiates. We will cumulate the average record for every gyoji after each day of the basho. You can find the results here : http://www.info-sumo.net/info/modules.php?...iewtopic&t=1653 For example, after 5 days in Haru Basho 2006, the meanest gyoji is Kotononami who has only allowed 42% of the players to score a shiroboshi (average for 2 days as a gyoji until now).

Chiyohakuho is replaced by Masatsukasa. Minemura is replaced by Dewaotori. (I am not worthy...)

Hoshifransu is ours. We keep him. And we don't share him. :-) Actually, he's a bit depressed about actual Sumo, and the lack of strong and big rikishi from the past like Konishiki, Akebono... so he's not around very often, unfortunately.

I have a question, please (well, actually, 2 questions). Let's say I have a rikishi in my heya that I want to get rid of. Can I post here some announcement, then wait for other heyas to make offers for a trade ? Can I send a package of two, three, or more rikishi from my heya in exchange for one rikishi from another heya, if both Oyakata come to a deal ? Thanks.
