IMHO, the loosen belt has provided some advantage to Waka. Teru was about to make an over arm throw some seconds before but it was not possible because of his opponent belt.

He showed no clue of his insane grip power and just waited the kid to make a mistake. Probably he needs to loose some weight. Will we ever see him at his full power again?
