I think Asashoryu, whose body is quite hurt, torn and tired now, should train more, as Uchidate says. Therefore he could hurt himself, leave sumo, and Uchidate would then be happy. Stupid Asashoryu ! ^^

Wakanohana III was impressive in his dohyo-iri (shiranui style). There's a video of one somewhere. I've been watching videos of other dohyo-iri, but this particular one is for me the best : calm, inner power, style, rythm. (Sign of approval...) Asashoryu's is OK, Hakuho's still needs improvement, I think.

I wouldn't ask someone depressed doing wisely. I would find quite normal he stays home doing nothing he doesn't want to be interviewed. It has, as far as I'm concerned, nothing to do with yokozuna behaviour ; it's just normal psychological reactions due to depression (or semi-depression, or pre-depression, or whatever they call it). Let the media hype disappear a little, and I'm sure everything will go better.

By the way, I find Wakanohana's dohyo-iri one of the best I've ever seen, really esthetic and impressive. KaioU doing a shiranui-style dohyo-iri would be great, but I'm sure there would be no need of any kind of jinx to make his (potential) yokozuna career short. *Celeborn
